This role collaborates closely with senior management, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, while actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and automation. A key aspect of this role involves partnering with commercial teams to enhance their financial acumen and drive informed business decisions.**Your Responsibilities**:- **Financial Strategy & Leadership**:Develop and oversee financial strategies for the US Veterinary segment, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing financial insights to senior management.- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, delivering accurate and timely reporting while monitoring market trends and competitor performance.- **Process Improvement & Automation**:Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement, simplification, and standardization, leveraging financial reporting tools to drive best practices.- **Commercial Business Partnering**:Enhance commercial acumen of business partners by providing timely financial insights, developing strong relationships, and supporting commercial business decisions through financial modeling **.**:- **Reporting & Analysis**:Support all planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly closing activities for the US Vet Commercial organization, including gross-to-net reporting, margin analysis, OPEX management, and financial review preparation.**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)**:- **Education & Experience**:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; seven or more years of progressive finance experience; proven track record of financial leadership and strategic business partnership.
