Product Manager The Product Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life‑cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position. Responsibilities Manage a team of Product Managers and / or multiple teams to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team ( performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) Manage strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product Supervise day‑to‑day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions Direct and oversee all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field Drive achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management Lead innovation by working with external partners / alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience 8-10+ years of managerial experience Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment Education Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred Domestic Payments Head The Domestic Payments Head is responsible for a diverse set of solutions that provides our TTS clients with domestic payments, collections and reconciliation services in Mexico. The role requires deep knowledge of markets, regulations and Citi policies to manage multiple domestic Payments & Receivables solutions with a high complexity in a multi‑product ecosystem in Mexico, as one of the largest markets with significant growth opportunities for TTS. Responsible for the P&L of diverse Domestic Payments & Receivables solutions that contribute to an annual revenue budget of $50MM and for leading the execution of aggressive growth plans. Domestic Payments & Receivables is the key business line under the Core Cash Management business. Responsible for the business strategy, product's market activities, including identification of new business opportunities by segment / country, identification of regional competitor's developments, attrition management and regional regulatory / compliance and infrastructure changes. Fosters business transformation by anticipating market developments and needs. Lead the technology modernization of the Domestic Payments & Receivables systems. Must proactively coordinate market developments and lead execution to position Citi’s Domestic Payments & Receivables offering in the marketplace, as the preferred set of solutions within its target market. Must lead efforts to maintain and develop strategic partnerships to enhance our product offering and provide value added solutions to our customer target market. Partners with local and regional teams to execute a strategy to continuously gain market share in terms of transaction volumes and proactively monitor results against objectives. Will maintain an effective partnership with diverse stakeholders with different geographic scope (global, regional, local) and roles, including Product, Sales, Implementations, Operations, Service, Technology, Compliance, Risk and others to roll out solutions with proper time to market to execute our strategy and accomplish our business goals in compliance with our policies and regulations. Make sure clients are highly satisfied, by providing competitive products and services and supporting new sales. Execute and adapt to the country the applicable regional and global strategies related to Domestic Payments and Receivables products. Job Responsibilities Define, maintain up to date and drive execution of the strategy for our Domestic Payments and Receivables business Create and deliver on annual financial plan so that Domestic Payments and Receivables keeps gaining market share Continuous improvement of our solution suite, focused on value added services Identify new opportunities to continue expanding our offering Maintain a roadmap to deliver new product features Ensure Domestic Payments and Receivables Product offering is competitive in service, function and price Define and adjust the P&L and business model for Domestic Payments and Receivables Monitor KPIs and drivers to assess performance of our products Leverage technology to automate the network and connect with Citi's information systems Foster commercialization, supporting deals and tracking execution of our pipeline Research competitive landscape, industry trends, client needs, and drive success transfer to close gaps, develop and optimize network, alliances & partnerships Establish the operating model for all products: processes, service model, implementation model, data requirements Maintain all products in compliance with regulations, internal policies and our Risk & Control framework Work with the Payments & Domestic Payments and Receivables Head to continue growing the business. Work in partnership with Digital Channels, Liquidity Management Services, Trade, Operations, Technology, Sales, Implementations, Service, Compliance, Risk and others Qualifications Deep understanding of the Domestic Payments and Receivables business, products & markets Product Management. Minimum experience of 5 years. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong influencing skills, primarily with a non-directly managed team.
