**What you will do?**:**How you will do it?**:- ** Financial Consolidations**: Support the consolidation process for a robust financial hierarchy, including storytelling and providing cost insights to internal stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.**:- ** Reporting**: Maintain reporting packages that support our IT Finance team in driving consistency and in preparing financial reports at a specific cadence, enabling them to provide insights for IT leadership readouts.**:- ** Analysis**: Aid in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and spend reductions based on headcount, contractor, and overall trend analysis. Support annual allocation calculation and operational calendar creation.**:- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.**:- ** Collaboration**: Work across the IT Finance organization; along with working closely with other departments including accounting, treasury, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.**:**What are we looking for?**:- ** Education**: 4-year university degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent)**:- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting or related activity.**:- ** Skills**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.**:- ** Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.**:**Benefits**:- ** Competitive salary**:- ** Health, dental, and vision insurance**:- ** Retirement plan with company match**:- ** Flexible work environment**:
