For more, visit evolvecx.io.**Job Overview**:As a Jr Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring client satisfaction through timely responses and assistance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting practices while contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial operations.**Responsibilities**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or manual entry methods.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with senior accountants or managers to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions and records.Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial activities.Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field OR 1 year of experience in accounting firms.Proficiency in English at a B1 level, capable of reading and writing effectively.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
