Si es así, descubre la vacante que Deintec tiene para ti e impulsa tu carrera en ITPosición**:Consultant Security SR**Ubicación: Monterrey, Nuevo LeónEsquema: Presencial en OficinasTipo de contrato: Tiempo determinado (12 meses)Horario: Lunes a Viernes**Descripción del puesto**- Align to IT Services for OT- Facilitate cyber security governance through the implementation of governance program- Develop and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise Cyber Security and Risk Management Program for OT.- Provide regular reporting on the status of OT Cyber Security Program- Oversee the execution of security processes for OT environment.**Responsabilidades**:- Develop Cybersecurity Strategy for OT understanding of business goals and risks in business terms.- Develops, socializes and coordinates approval and implementation of security initiatives for OT environments.- Continuously monitoring trends to anticipate and plan for future impact of cyber risk on OT- Provides regular reporting on the status of the OT Cybersecurity program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders and the board of directors as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program for OT.- Participate in cybersecurity and business-related councils or working groups as necessary.- Educate OT stakeholders on cybersecurity-related matters to increase awareness and improve culture.- Establish risk ownership and accountability within the business line.- Coordinate with Regional OT Leads to align Cybersecurity Strategy, policies & processes.- Align Strategy with IT Cybersecurity Team**Requisitos Esenciales**:- English (B2, C1, C2, Native)- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including substantial work at a leadership or managerial level, preferably in cybersecurity- Experience creating or maturing staff development programs, within or outside on OT cybersecurity**Requisitos Deseables**:- MBA or an MA in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field- Experience or certification in process improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma- One or more of the following certifications: Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute, Enterprise Project Management, Certified Information Professional**Ofrecemos**:- Salario competitivo basado en experiência- Prestaciones de Ley (como: prima vacacional, seguro social, aguinaldo, etc.)- Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional.Si cumples con los requisitos y te motiva avanzar en tu carrera, postúlate hoy.
