Braintrust is working to change the way freelance works - for good.We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a **IT Project Manager **for one of our clients.**THE OPPORTUNITY***** IT Project Manager onsite in Mexico****YOU MUST BE ONSITE IN MEXICO FOR THIS**:**Client Background**Client is a Fortune 500 organization with a focus on manufacturing and distribution of consumer goods.**Client Requirements**The client needs an IT Project Manager for a supply chain project to expand manufacturing and logistics operations.**Project Background**The IT Project Manager will manage the Project team and resources to ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure and IT Business Applications which are required changes for the new manufacturing location and Warehouse.The IT Project Manager will oversee the Project Delivery and new business operations enablement.**Work Product****Major responsibilities are ensuring the deliverables below are accomplished within defined timelines by consultants and the client’s IT support teams**:- Engage and understand the IT Architecture needs.- Collaborate and engage with the Infrastructure Team.- Perform and follow the activities to procure hardware and engage software developers.- Guide the Testing Cycles and ensure the Sign-off of the proper Stake Holders.- Project Planning and Tracking.- Organize Status updates for the IT and Business Teams.- Prepare timely project status reports for the management**Tasks & Deliverables**- IT Infrastructure changes Delivery- Applications and SAP configuration changes- Delivery**Client’s interaction with the Worker**:1. Acceptance Process- Project Plan- Status Reports- Business Delivery Sign-off2. Working Hours Overlap restrictions- Should be on demand from 9 to 5 CST Central Time Zone (Mexico)3. Access (to systems, data, client locations)- Working Location- On-site for some meetings**Skills & Experience**1.**Required Skills**:- Project Management- Network Infrastructure2. Preferred Skills- SAP Deployment- Shopfloor Application knowledge3. Skill Level- Senior4. Experience Required- Deployment of IT projects5.
