Job Summary Are you ready to lead the enterprise strategy and governance for scent data across a global company? The Director, Data Factory Leader — Scent is a senior, cross-functional data leader responsible for data stewardship and quality across multiple domains (Product, Customer, R&D, Regulatory, Sales, etc.), ensuring compliance with IFF’s governance framework. This role will define stewardship operating models, enforce data quality rules, and leverage IFF’s technology ecosystem for governance, cataloging, and analytics. Accelerating innovation through data, technology and digital transformation, building intelligent solutions that enhance experiences and power smarter decisions. Business Unit (Scent) Our Scent business blends science and creativity to craft fragrances that delight consumers across fine fragrance, personal care, and home categories. We partner closely with perfumers, R&D, regulatory experts, and commercial teams to bring breakthrough scent solutions to market responsibly and at scale. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Drive data governance and stewardship across multiple domains. Define and enforce data quality rules and remediation processes. Enable technology adoption for governance, cataloging, and analytics. Maintain metadata standards and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies. What Makes You The Right Fit Proven experience in data governance and stewardship across multiple domains. Familiarity with SAP MDG, Snowflake, Power BI, and MDM tools. Hands‑on experience with data cataloging and lineage tools (Atlan). Strong understanding of real‑time data processing and integration frameworks. How Would You Stand Out? Expertise in data quality profiling tools such as Great Expectations, Attacama, and Informatica Data Quality. Experience with integration and automation tools like Fivetran and DBT.
