**Job Description Summary**: Quality final inspection technician is responsible for verifying & measure in process & final products to ensure they conform to all applicable requirements, company standards and specifications to ensure quality levels are met.Create and maintain inspection reports, as required.Follow QMS procedures.- Perform first/last piece buy off of new or revised products and prepare inspection reports- Inspect in process & final products in accordance with documented procedures, instructions and using measurement equipment such as Keyence, contour graph, shadow graph, stack projection, caliper, micrometer, and others- Evaluate compliance of production records such as inspection reports, production routing, quality notification, traceability, etc to ensure product record compliance- Perform process audits to assess execution to the command media, create reports of audit results- Support the execution of gauge repeatability and reproducibility (R & R) studies- Suggest improved measurement methods, gages and holding fixtures as required for in process part validation- Prepare and maintain inspection data for review- Evaluate data and draft reports, report relevant deviations from existing standards- Identify areas for quality control improvement and recommend new methods accordingly- Communicating quality or compliance concerns with urgency- Follow inspection instructions and QMS procedure.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:Yes
