Our team members are smart, hard-working, have integrity and love to have fun as we play to win.**Role Overview**:The Social Analyst is responsible for the setup, management, and optimization of social media campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and generate actionable insights. This role requires technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver impactful results.**Key Responsibilities**:- Campaign Management:- Set up and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) following internal guidelines and best practices.- Monitor campaigns daily to ensure budgets, performance metrics, and conversions align with objectives.- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain campaign health and efficiency.- Performance Optimization:- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization, including ad creative, bidding strategies, and pacing adjustments.- Test new strategies, beta features, and platform tools to improve campaign outcomes.- Deliver performance recommendations and ensure seamless implementation.- Internal Collaboration:- Provide updates on campaign performance, highlight growth opportunities, and address operational challenges.- Process Improvement:- Develop and document best practices to enhance team efficiency and campaign quality.- Share insights and innovations that add value to overall campaign management practices.- Industry Awareness:- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and effective.**Qualifications**:- 2-3 years of experience in social media campaign management and optimization.- Proficient in at least one social media platform with a strong understanding of the overall digital advertising ecosystem.- Skills Required:- Analytical: Ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and quality in all deliverables.- Technical Savvy: Skilled in digital tools and proficient with Excel; platform certifications preferred.- Communication: Clear and effective collaboration with internal teams.- Results-Driven: Committed to achieving and exceeding performance objectives.This position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
