Data ScientistKey Responsibilities:- Design and develop machine learning models to analyze and optimize call data for multiple clients.- Collaborate with AI and development teams to refine scoring frameworks and conversation type detection.- Analyze data patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for enhancing customer engagement and sales conversions.- Validate and improve AI model accuracy through testing and iterative development.- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Document processes, models, and improvements to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI to inform ongoing development.Qualifications:- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.- Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.- Familiarity with AI and natural language processing (NLP) frameworks is a plus.- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.- Previous experience in call analysis, sales optimization, or related areas is an advantage.What We Offer:- Opportunities to work with state-of-the-art AI and data analytics technologies.- A collaborative team environment that values growth and learning.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Flexible work.- Professional development opportunities, including training and mentoring.About Us:Olelo is a cutting-edge AI company specializing in call analysis for industries such as auto repair and franchises.
