Expert knowledge in the HCM and Payroll implementation process is a prerequisite. Key skills desired for this role include:- Understand business requirements, scope levels of effort and develop resulting statements of work- Project planning, executing, controlling and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget- Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations- Conduct process evaluations and client workshops, process-designs and documentation of current and future state processes- Reporting/Analytics experienceAs a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
