We love what we do - whether that’s working with incredible cars and vehicles, driving the standard in customer care, or helping our business invest and innovate in new areas.With a high level of HR experience, ideally gained in a retail or blue-chip environment, you'll be up to speed with the latest developments in employment law. You will be responsible for end-to-end case management of disciplinary and grievance investigations, meetings and appeals consisting of conducting witness interviews, collating findings and producing reports and outcome letters.Required Experience:- A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience.- Excellent organisation skills.- Clear and effective communicator and influencer, adaptable to all levels of the business- Objectivity and problem-solving skills.- CIPD or HR Degree qualified.- Automotive experience would be an advantage although not essential.**This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months.****This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home** (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).**- **Industry leading package.**:- **33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) in addition to an annual leave purchase & sale scheme.**:- **Pension Scheme & Life Assurance.**:- **Company Car.**:- **Ford Privilege vehicle purchase scheme.**:- **Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts.**:- **1 day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice.**:- **Access to Perks at Work discount website.**:- **Opportunity for hybrid working****For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy.
