The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and plans as well as achieving marketing targets for our Yearbook publishing business. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; oversight of creative development and production of marketing materials in collaboration with the Creative Director, market research and planning; budgeting and financial responsibly, strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of Product Marketing staff.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Develops the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve objectives and goals.- Provides leadership and collaboration on the design, development, and implementation of products and services with the Product Team.- Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis.- Ensures the tracking, measurement, and analysis of performance by line of business.- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, created and support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.- Provides marketing skills and expertise to Balfour & Co by building, developing, and managing a Product Marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others- Ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-to-2-year time span- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level- Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning, ecommerce, and promotions/advertising- Employee training and development- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills- High performance team leader and a strong team player (Player/Coach)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 97210, Mérida, Yuc.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
