**Job Description Summary**: The FP&A Intern will be responsible for executing FP&A Activities for Americas Aero Services and support daily related activities.**What you'll do**:- Pacing: Manage updates to Sonic (Tool), prepare file to be reviewed with the CSLs/SDs, take notes during the meetings and make adjustments in the tool under Finance Manager supervision.- Accounting: Prepare and post all MJEs required during monthly and quarterly closing. Own and reconcile all 30+ account recs that are needed each quarter.- Stat Audit/Local processes: Support LAM finance manager with DR4 items, support Stat audit requests, work with local teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.- Revenue recognition: Pull together revenue recognition certificates for all major deals in a timely manner, perform basic reconciliation.**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Availability to work full-time in a hybrid work scheme- Strong process execution- Fluent in English language- Demonstrated analytic skills, excellent in quantitative analysis- Experience with MS Office package, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.**Desired Characteristics**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience working across multiple regions- Ability to prioritize effectively.- High energy and self-motivated, especially in a dynamic, fast paced environment.**Benefits Available to You**- Our **compensation & benefits** are designed to help you manage your personal and family needs, while rewarding high performers.
