DESCRIPCIÓN Responsable de liderar la visión creativa de la agencia y de cada marca. Garantiza que las ideas, el contenido y las campañas reflejen la estrategia, el tono y la identidad definidos. Es quien eleva el nivel creativo, impulsa la innovación, dirige equipos y mantiene una colaboración estrecha con Cuentas, Contenido y Dueños para lograr resultados efectivos y consistentes. Responsable de la estrategia creativa, tendencias e innovación en las marcas (formatos, canales y redes) Responsable de que la visión estratégica, los ejes de comunicación y pilares de cada marca se estén cumpliendo con el mejor camino creativo Responsable del tono de la comunicación de cada una de las marcas Líder del equipo CM en la elaboración de reportes con takeaways relevantes y a cargo de la implementación de los mismos en parrillas Desarrollar la estrategia del mes Participa en todas las juntas de ideas para hacer aprobaciones Supervisa las producciones Aprueba parrillas finales Revisa que la creatividad está cumpliendo con los Kpi´s y da continuidad a la estrategia o marca los ajustes necesarios. Responsable de la búsqueda, brief y revisar el contenido de los creadores de contenido, otras agencias y cualquier colaborador externo que haga contenido para la marca Reporte y vinculación con dueños Encargado del posicionamiento y promoción de la agencia elevando el nivel de creatividad y de cómo esta influye en la efectividad del cliente Responsable en conjunto con el grupo creativo de Palmar ( cuando aplica) en Pitches, buscando dar continuidad creativa a las cuentas que se ganen Encargado de buscar promoción para la Agencia por medio de la participación en concursos o PR creativo Encargado de supervisar, proporcionar retroalimentación y diseñar un plan de desarrollo para el equipo a su cargo Importante colaborador para mantener un ambiente laboral óptimo en todo momento
