**Hybrid**:This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with operations team to develop cost savings initiatives for plant.- Provide financial support for all capital projects including analysis of cash flow statements, balance sheets, income statements, return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV).- Participate in business reviews for North America manufacturing plants.- Lead financial modeling and data mining efforts related to productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.- Develop business case justification for all major capital expenditures.- Assist plant manager with strategic planning activities.- Manage working relationships with various functional areas within the plant such as purchasing, engineering, human resources, maintenance, etc.- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.- Perform monthly variance analysis for key performance indicators.- Develop monthly forecasts and provide commentary on actual versus budget results.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related experience. ; Master’s degree preferred.- 1 to 3 years of experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Fluency in English and Spanish languages is required.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.General Motors is committed to being a workplace that is not only free of unlawful discrimination, but one that genuinely fosters inclusion and belonging.
