**Oracle CPQ Developer Remote in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Coahuila**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and efficient CPQ environment.- Review existing and proposed solutions with focus on performance and optimization.- Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.**Technical Skills Required**:- With over 7 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:- Implementation experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.- Deep expertise in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.- Ability to support multiple geographically dispersed teams.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Nice to Have**:- Understanding of CPQ business processes, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.- Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.).- Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce).- Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes.- Proven track record in project leadership and process improvement.- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or higher.- Fluent in English (Advanced C1 - C2).- Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and proactive attitude.**Location & Schedule**:- Remote work from Mexico City- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00- **Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico****Benefits**:- Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits- Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found.- Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paid- SGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.
