Role: Full Stack Developer Location: Remote/Hybrid Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full Time Employment Requirements & Skillset Experience : 5-10 years of professional experience in web application development. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Fundamentals : Deep understanding of computer science concepts such as data structures and object-oriented design. Initiative : Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively adopt new technologies. Mindset : Committed to continuous improvement and delivering solutions rapidly. Technical Skills Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level experience with Nest.JS and MySQL. Experience working with full stack and front-end frameworks such as Next.JS, React.JS, and/or Vue.JS. API Development: Strong experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Node.js: Deep knowledge of error handling, logging, and monitoring in Node.js environments. Content Management: Experience working with headless CMS systems and CMS templating languages. DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with AWS cloud platform and Infrastructure as Code practices. Version Control: Proficiency with git version control, branching strategies, and code review workflows. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design. Compliance Data Privacy: Awareness of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Opt-In/Opt-Out, etc.). Accessibility: Familiarity with ADA, WCAG, and accessibility compliance for web applications. Security : Awareness of security best practices, secure API design, and input validation. Bonus Skills Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs and generative AI tools in a production workflow. Experience with Cline or GitHub Co-Pilot in development workflow. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain best practices for code quality. Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews. Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes. Stay current with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
