**Line Maintenance Planner****Your task and Responsabilities**:- Progressive Maintenance & PSS standards implementation.- Top failures follow-up.- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works coordination.- Problem Solving coordination for failures and breakdowns, including A3R/A3L actions implementation.- Basic conditions preservation for productive equipment.- Continuous Improvement for Maintenance Plans.- Issue/Close Maintenance Notifications Z1/Z2 in SAP. - Vertical Startups implementation/assurance.- Technical Training for Operators.- Assure Safety topics compliance, including Behavior Based Safety, Near Miss reporting and CAPAs implementation Main Deliverables: - OEE contribution and related KPIs fulfilment: MTTR, MTBF and Maintenance Plan Adherence - UPDT elimination - Zero losses contribution - A3R/A3L for failures and breakdowns.**Who you are**:- Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or Electromechanics- 5 years of experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment. - +2 years Leading Maintenance teams.- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (Advanced / C1)- Technical Knowledge- Total Productive Maintenance- Operational Excellence tools for Plant Maintenance- Pharmaceutical Formulation and Packaging equipment for solid dosage forms (FBD, Mixing, Sieving, Tablet Press, Blister, etc) - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)- Behaviors: Relentlessly focuses on winning as a team, Promotes a sense of urgency and individual accountability in the team, Assumes end-to-end ownership to achieve results even under tough circumstances, Acts in a speedy and pragmatic manner, adapts quickly to changing environments, without sacrificing quality and long-term goals.**Período de aplicación**:23 al 06 de Junio**Código de referencia**:**División**:Consumer Health**Ubicación**:Mexico : Estado de Mexico : Toluca**Área funcional**:Ingeniería y Tecnología**Grado de posición**:H**Tipo de empleo**:Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:Full Time
