**Role and Responsibilities**- Develops technical expertise in the software tools used by the company.- Provide inputs as required with project teams working on the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT solutions.- Provides support in reviewing technical designs and ensuring adherence to the AZ Architecture Roadmap, Information Services Strategy and High-Level Designs, as well as regulatory requirements & standards by working closely with Architecture & Engineering (A&E) team.- Implement new services by following the ITIL V3 principles.- Assists in the preparation of business cases, Request for Proposals, supplier selection and evaluation.- Assists in the design, development, configuration and documentation of infrastructure components.- Gathers and collates management reporting information on existing infrastructure solutions and services.- Performs maintenance, support activities and take escalations for our services as L3 when required.- Supports investigations of problems within existing solutions utilizing ITIL V3.0 principles**Essential Skills and experience**- Expertise in one or more areas within Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc.,)- Prior experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen- Must demonstrate the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performance.- Evidence of designing, testing, and maintaining solutions- Experience of sharing knowledge/ information and implementing changes.- Well versed in ITIL V3.0 practices and process- Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues.- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment.**Desirable Skills and experience**- Degree level education in computer science or similar- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external market.- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working.- Good networking knowledge (will be an added advantage) as there will be requirements to work with Firewall/Network team.- Passionate about trending technologies such as blockchain, XR, AI etc.,
