We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.**About the Opportunity**:Resource Deployment Managers (RDMs) are responsible for working collaboratively with Professional Services team members to facilitate efficient and effective scheduling of Professional Services’ resources into Ellucian’s customer base. Resource Deployment Managers manage complex resourcing demands from a variety of consulting practices and Ellucian solutions and are responsible staffing strategic, functional, and technical resources. RDMs are highly organized and can multi-task and manage daily customer staffing requests, escalations, and team/consulting manager collaboration in a high energy environment.**Where you will make an impact**:- Serve as an expert working with Professional Services resourcing system (Clarity)- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, and peers- Work collaboratively with assigned practices to support effective and timely scheduling of consulting resources and scheduling of complex projects- Identify and recommend process improvements for identified gaps in systems or processes- Manage detailed tracking of resource requests throughout the staffing process- Make effective use of technology where appropriate for communication, monitoring trends in resource use, and documentation- Work with consulting practices and project leadership for Ellucian, identify resource needs and assign appropriate support in a timely manner- Manage schedule conflicts and work towards amicable solutions- Ensure various operational elements that affect financial and resource forecasts are on track; including but not limited to:- timely attention to staffing requests- updates to staffing progress and mitigation strategies**What you will bring**:- Ability to handle pressure situations with pressing deadlines and competing priorities- Ability to effectively set priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent judgment and can use effectively in appropriately resolving and/or escalating issues- Articulate and communicates in a positive and professional manner, both verbally and in writing- Organized, detail oriented and demonstrates resourcefulness and perseverance- Ability to develop rapport and maintain highest degree of integrityStrong written and verbal communication skillsLI-RemoteLI-MH1**Additional Information**:**Req ID**:5351**Hiring Type**:Full - Time**Level of Experience**:Mid-Career**Remote**:Yes**Travel Required**:None
