They know their markets & competitors, and they stay on top of consumer & product trends.At Newair, you will join a passionate and energetic group of highly motivated, high-character individuals who understand a functional team is much greater than the sum of its individual parts.**Newair products **_**make life more enjoyable for where you live, where you work, and where you play.**_**Primary Responsibilities**:- Lead New Product Development and product - specific growth initiatives- Develop product concepts and designs, then build a business case to support the project- Become the expert in Newair products, markets, and sales channel.- Evaluate and analyze competitive products and identify innovative solutions to meet the needs of the customer.- Manage NPD projects from concept to launch- Manage products through the product lifecycle and coordinate sustaining projects to support your ongoing product viability analysis- Plan, manage and execute product launch / marketing plans for products in your categories including product image and marketing collateral development- Lead all technical publication asset creation projects, including product manuals, quick start guides and troubleshooting guides- Work with manufacturing partners, _Sourcing_ & _Quality / Compliance_ Teams to ensure sustainable and ongoing product integrity post - launch- Preside over all internal and external product training curriculum and coordinate opportunities to educate- Collaborate with the Newair Sales and Marketing Teams on industry - related field events and trade shows- Scope support programs and craft the unique selling proposition / marketing message for the product- Work within the Product/Marketing Team to develop the strategic product development roadmap with the goal of achieving sustainable and profitable growth- Present product plan, product training and NPD project updates to large audiences, the Leadership Team, and customers throughout the channel- Actively participate in market research & VOC projects- Evaluate all of the online product listings in your portfolio on an ongoing basis, and work with sales team members to address errors in a timely fashion- Strong professionalism and work ethic with a focus on driving efficiency and building economies of scale- A passion for product with customer - driven urgency and the focus to complete tasks quickly- The ability to learn, improve and adapt- Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills- Ability to work autonomously but ask for direction when needed- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Creativity in thinking combined with a Lean mindset- Ability to gather and analyze data, as well as find creative solutions to meet customer needs- Demonstrated ability to execute product plans and deliver on financial goals and project timelines- Agile / flexible mindset- An eye for photo image quality and artistic presence of mind in the asset creation process- Available to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally**Education & Experience**PLEASE NOTICE THAT ONLY RESUMES IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Trabajo desde casaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Hybrid remote en 21260, Mexicali, B.C.
