Responsible for maintain a standardized payroll process focused on Payroll optimization, continuous improvements, and process excellence.**Requisitos**:**Experience (required)**:- 2+ years of experience in Payroll area**Experience (preferred)**:- 5+ years of experience as a Payroll upervisor or similar position.- Payroll and HCM system experience**Education (required)**:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience)- Medium EnglishLI-ML1
