Salesforce Tech Lead «Senior» Remote GDL-CDMX / MTY Hybrid» Experience Required Service Cloud with developer skills on Salesforce are nice to have. Primary Skill Salesforce Service Cloud Advanced Responsibilities As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended. Service Delivery proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.
