**Main functions**:- Production planning: develop and implement detailed production plans based on demand forecasts production capacity and inventory levels.- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while Minimizes downtime and maximizes resource utilization.- Demand forecasting and analysis: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demand and sales forecasts to adjust production plans accordingly.- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand. Customer demand without excess stock or shortage.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing and logistics, to align production plans with overall business objectives.- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reduction in processes production planning and scheduling.- Communication: Effectively communicate production plans, schedules, and any potential problems to relevant stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and collaborative work environment.- Compliance with quality standards: guarantee that production plans align with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the commitment to deliver products of the highest quality**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree- Bilingual: English-Spanish- Experience in a similar position- Advanced level of Excel- IFS Cloud is a plus
