En 4S Real Estate estamos buscando **Project Manager** en nuestra sede en **Monterrey**. Este puesto es responsable en la planeación, implementación, seguimiento y medición de las estrategias de marketing de los proyectos a su cargo.Objetivos del puesto:- Generar resultados deseados mediante planes de mercadotecnia- Administración de presupuesto del cliente- Auditoría y mejora continua de estrategias comercialesPrincipales funciones:- Generación de estrategias de marketing para proyectos inmobiliarios- Administración de presupuesto de marketing- Generar contenido de información para materiales gráficos- Auditar eficiencia de estrategias de marketing- Analizar competencia de los proyectos- Generar reportes mensuales y semanales- Medir e informar a los clientes respecto a los resultados, semanal y mensualmente- Ser punto de contacto/front office con clientes- Monitoreo y sugerencias de cambios dento de la operación del proyecto- Ser el punto de contacto entre el equipo comercial, el cliente y 4S- Generar informes para pagos al equipo comercial¿Cuáles son los requisitos?- Conocimiento de gestión de presupuestos- Deseable nociones de project management- Dominio de herramientas para presentaciones (Keynote / Canva) y Paquete Office- Organización, planificación y proactividad- Gestión de equipos de trabajo- Habilidades de comunicación- Visión estratégicaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
