This role gives support to NPI Buyers through executing the Request for Quote (RFQ) Process in a timely manner, initiating and expediting the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and assisting buyers in achieving key NPI fulfillment metrics.Essential Responsibilities:- Execute Request for Quote (RFQ) Process with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely return of quotes- Initiate PPAP requests, participate in PPAP review boards to ensure timely launch of supplier PPAP’s, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely part qualification- Communicate with suppliers to receive component promise dates, and expedite material as necessary to ensure timely delivery to the production shop floor- Contribute to projects as a team member within the NPI Fulfillment organization and support buyers in other tasks as necessary to ensure NPI Fulfillment team success**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s in International Business Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management from 7th semester; with at least 1 year until graduation.- English professional proficiency- Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM)Desired Characteristics:- Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain Management in a Manufacturing environment- Strong oral and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal communication skills- Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneouslyWhere we are and What we Offer:- Location: Monterrey, NL (near Torres Moradas / Galerías Monterrey)- Contract duration: 6 months but might be renewed for another 6 months (1 year, max 18 months in total)- Salary: $10,000 per month + food allowanceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, AprendizSalario: $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, AprendizSalario: $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Servicio de comedorPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Fecha tentativa de Graduación?Educación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Obligatorio)Idioma:- 95% (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
