Inter-Con remains 100% family-owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions.- Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters._**JOB TITLE**: Bilingual HR Representative**Responsibilities**:- Utilize company equipment to facilitate calls- Interact with all internal customers in a friendly and courteous manner- Follow all prompts from call management system to provide the appropriate customer service- Handle all issues in accordance with best practices and policies and procedures- Assists with communicating health and supplemental benefits, along with retirement plans- Effectively conveys information about HR and Payroll through various methods of communication- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, rates, and other key details- Understand and adhere to all rules of conduct- Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- 3+ years in a customer service position, with at least 1 year in human resources preferred- C1EPL- Basic understanding of windows based systems- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong literary comprehension capability- Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions- Ability to sit for long periods of time- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups._**Salary**: $25,000.00 per monthWork Location: Mexico City-Miguel Hidalgo near Polanco, In front of Torre Pemex- In person- **Important**:_- **Please attach your resume in English only.**Pay: $33,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
