**Job Profile: Warehouse Space Sales Manager**Estamos buscando un Especialista en Ventas de Espacio de Almacén altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar las ventas de espacio de almacén en nuestro patio fronterizo en Laredo, Texas. Como Especialista en Ventas de Espacio de Almacén, serás responsable de identificar y asegurar nuevos clientes que requieran soluciones de almacenamiento para sus productos. Jugarás un papel crucial en la expansión de nuestra base de clientes y en la maximización de los ingresos al promover de manera efectiva nuestros servicios de almacenamiento a diversas empresas.**Experiência**:- Historial comprobado en ventas, con experiência en ventas B2B preferida.- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación e interpersonales para interactuar eficazmente con diversos clientes.- La capacidad de comprender las necesidades del cliente y adaptar soluciones en consecuencia.- Auto-motivado y orientado a resultados, con pasión por superar los objetivos.- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y cierre.- Familiaridad con las operaciones de almacén y logistic.- Nível de Ingles Avanzado**Funciones**:- Búsqueda y adquisición de nuevos clientes para el negocio de venta de Espacio de Almacén y Distribución en nuestra yarda en Laredo, Texas.- Mantenimiento de la cartera existente del negocio, negociación de renovaciones de contratos.- Capacidad para negociar cierres de nuevas cuentas y cuentas clave.- Elaboración de cotizaciones.- Asegurarse de mantener una rentabilidad óptima para la empresa.**Oferta de Valor**:- Beneficios de ley.- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Fondo de ahorro.- 20 días de aguinaldo.- 3 días adicionales de vacaciones al año.Si estás interesado en unirte a nuestro equipo dinámico y desafiante en el mundo de la logística y el transporte, esperamos recibir tu solicitud**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
