**Database Admin- Immediate requirement****( 1x intermediate or Senior DBA)****Contract to Hire Position (Hybrid - Mexico City)**Initially, you will be in a contract position for 6 to 9 months, after which you will be permanently hired by the client company. We specialize in delivering end-to-end technology services, including IT consulting, managed services, and custom software development**Technical Skill Set**:An intermediate to senior DBA working with SQL is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database systems. They ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.**Key responsibilities include**:- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable database architectures- Implementing database backup and recovery strategies- Monitoring database performance and optimizing queries- Ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards- Automating database maintenance tasks and procedures- Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior DBAs- Collaborating with development teams to integrate database solutions- Staying up-to-date with emerging database technologies and best practices- Other tasks as needed but not limited to release support**Expert knowledge of**:- .Net (C#), SQL, database management systems (specifically SQL), data modeling, query optimization, and scripting languages.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential.**Must Have**:- Strong and effective communication skills**Key Highlights**:- Work for a well-established client: Lexis Nexis (Leading Legal Firm)- Salary as per industry standardsWe look forward to helping you take the next step in your career**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- 06500, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Database Administrator: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 06500, Ciudad de México, CDMX
