What’s stopping you from joining our award winning team?**Job Description**:The role of the Project Director within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, owning the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.This particular Project Director role will be actively involved with other people in making decisions and doing work.Execution and leadership will be part of a daily basis.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English- MUST HAVE expert-level project management fundamentals (e.g., schedule dependency and critical path) and can exercise them on a project without guidance.- Hands-on execution and leading by example are required- Experience providing support and guidance to junior staff as a matter of course.- Experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership. Considered a Project Management SME- Experience effectively managing a small program (defined as a collection of projects with their own PMs for the same client) OR possesses recognized project expertise in a single Product Pillar.- Recognized expertise is defined as the ability to bring increased efficiency to a standard project or the ability to manage a non-standard project without support- Nurturing positive, collaborative working relationships with internal & external stakeholders through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project workstreams).- Risk management and problem-solving experience- An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an Agency environment- Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management- Experience using project management methodologies including waterfall and agile- A good breadth of knowledge and appreciation for our portfolio of digital services- Strong commercial awareness- A passion for digital and a desire to develop and enhance skillsWhat You'll Need- Knowledge of the broader digital marketing mix- Experience and understanding of specific digital services within our portfolio (e.g. Web Build projects, Paid and Earned Media and Analytics implementations, etc)- Knowledge of Google's technology stack is an advantage- Leading medium teams and mentoring junior team members- Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at all levels- Maintains project control and meets all project control KPIs for all assigned projects.- Addresses risk on projects/programs comprehensively as a matter of course can anticipate project risks that impact KPIs and mitigate their impact.- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions.- Experience supporting Steering Group level initiatives and escalating to Steering Group members- Experience in client-facing at middle management and senior management level- Experience providing support for skill/knowledge gaps of less experienced members of the team.Advantageous- Knowledge of the broader marketing mix- An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment (Desired)Additional Information**_Equal Opportunity Employer:_**_ Jellyfish is committed to making adjustments in our recruitment process to enable you to demonstrate your full potential.
