Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Medical Quality Director located_ in _Flex Juarez_- Reporting to the _Sr. Director Quality _this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating product quality assurance program(s) to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products through the development and management of people and processes._What a typical day looks like:- _May be appointed as Management Representative for Medical Quality Requirements_- _Responsible for ISO 13485 Certification and FDA Regulatory Requirements_- _Surveys and evaluates future and current vendors._- _Prepares and implements QA Policies and Procedures._- _Review’s discrepancy reports and implements corrective actions._- _Reports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their business needs are met or exceeded._- _Conducts presentations to staff as required._- _Establishes QA objectives and creates plan of action._- _Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals._- _Evaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance program._- _Confers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured._- _Reviews technical publications, articles and abstract to stay abreast of technical developments in industry._- _Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _Advanced English is a MUST_- _Prior work _SENIOR_ experience in manufacturing in medical related industries_- _Most recent experience must be in Medical related manufacturing (Pharma, Med Device, etc)_- _Deep understanding of quality system requirements._- _ISO13485, ISO9001, FDA 21CFR part 820, GMP; MDD _would be a plus_- _Strong Team development and management skills to enable the creation of a highly capable and sustainable Quality Functioning Team_- _Demonstrates ability to analyze and determine methods and procedures_- _Ability to prioritize competing commitments in line with departmental and/or corporate objectives_- _Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryQuality
