**Contexto de rol**En Toteat estamos revolucionando la gestión gastronómica en Latinoamérica. Nuestra plataforma SaaS ayuda a restaurantes a operar de forma más ágil, desde la toma de pedidos hasta la administración de inventarios. Ahora buscamos dar el siguiente paso: integrar agentes inteligentes que transformen la experiência de clientes, meseros, inventarios y equipos internos.**Principales funciones del cargo**- Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar agentes inteligentes (voz, chat y asistentes virtuales) aplicados al mundo de la gastronomía.- Crear agentes internos para optimizar procesos del equipo de marketing, soporte y operaciones.- Trabajar codo a codo con un equipo multidisciplinario que conoce la industria de alimentos, fintech y tecnología SaaS.**Requisitos**Formación en carreras de ingeniería informática,Al menos 7 años de experiência desarrollando software fullstack, Python y Javascript.Experiência comprobable en la creación de agentes inteligentes (voz y chat), Agentic AI, multiagent, RAG agents, Agent2Agent protocolExperiência con herramientas/modelos de IA (Ej: Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Lovable, Co-Pilot, Gemini, etc.).Frameworks de desarrollo AI: Genkit, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, FastAPI, etcExperiência con herramientas de Google Cloud Platform: App Engine, Cloud Run, Firebase, Firestore, BigQuery, MongoDB Atlas, Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Development Kit SDK.Experiência integrando agentes de voz y asistentes virtuales en productos reales.Conocimiento en procesos SaaS y aplicaciones B2B (ideal en retail, foodtech, fintech o bigtech). Conocimiento de API Whatsapp.Habilidad para prototipar rápido y mostrar resultados en vivo.Residencia en México (idealmente en CDMX o abierto a nómadas digitales en Playa del Carmen).Participar en una prueba práctica en vivo donde deberás armar un agente funcional como parte del proceso de selección.
