Job Function: Global Service Delivery Centre Operations Why SoftwareONE?:The role:- Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers.- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Publisher and distributors.- Responsible for negotiations with publisher and distributors.- Research to find all relevant information required to complete tasks.- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments- Supports requests from customers, partners, sales reps, and other operations team members- Responsible for supporting and fulfilling all procurement needs for team.- Performs other duties as assigned by SoftwareONE management- Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames as individual contributor in the process.- Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.What we need to see from you:- Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university- Excellent English written & verbal Skills- 0-2 years’ experience in software industry- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills- Excellent Excel Skills- Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills- Ability to analyze information with attention to details.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.- Ability to research multiple sources to find data.- General math skills, PC proficient, knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems- Reliable and desirable work ethic within a team environment- Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.- Ability to multi-task and be well organized.LI-TB1
