**AR/Payroll Specialist****Job Summary**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AR/Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.**What You’ll Do**:**Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsibilities**:- Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable transactions.- Monitor and reconcile aging accounts to ensure timely payments.- Follow up with clients for outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.- Prepare and review AR reports for management, highlighting any outstanding or overdue payments.- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and ensure proper documentation.**Payroll Responsibilities**:- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.- Calculate and process overtime, vacation, sick leave, and other employee benefits.- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, payroll, or accounting roles.- English proficiency both written and spoken.- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software (experience with excel and QuickBooks preferred).- Familiarity with payroll taxes regulations- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**What we offer**:- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.- $20,000 to $25,000 per month (gross salary).- Opportunities for professional development.Let’s achieve great things together at EquivityE04JI802n1q2407fuds
