Individuals like you**Production Scheduler**Position ID: Worker Category: Tiempo completo, Location: San Luis Potosi**Objective of the position**Responsible for the production schedule of Electric Segment. Including the inventory control for work in process and finish good, assuring customers deliveries considering the premises and KPI´S asigned to this area.**Principal activities**- Implement improvements across all supply chains- Create and negotiate logístical agreements (DRX plants) in coordination with the involved units, according to instructions- Agree on delivery dates with Production and customers- Agree on start-up and end planning for especial material or in change revision.- Coordinate actions to avoid affection in the production lines.- Cooperate in Logistics/projects- Analyze indicators and derive actions- Control the logístical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account.- Monitor inventory levels over several DRX plants, taking into consideration production supply and the level of the warehouse.- Place orders for production in an efficient way.- Monitor delivery amounts and schedules- Act as a contact between customers, production locations and service areas.- Handle launches and phase-outs- Handle excess inventory- Contribute to planning and control of the finisg good, in order to assure an external delivery reliability planned.- Contribute to material availability and the agreed supply reliability to internal and/or external customer.- Contribute to the achivement the KPI´S asigned.- The KPI´S asigned to this position are:- Deliveries on time, Scheduling Vs Forecast, Inventory levels, Obsolescence, premium freight.
