Must develop continuous improvements in the processes to achieve the plant goals. Accountable for establish and document processparameters. Define process tests and documentation for machines operations and train operators up to a set-up level. Define proper stocking, replenish levels of consumable products/tools in the operation. Maintain production tools and equipment in optimal conditions.**Responsibilities**:Sustain processes and parameters for products. Accountable for FPY and operators training. Attend gemba walks and responsible for fast response activities. Responsible for stable process controls. Lead internal and external CAR response for manufacturing causes. Lead of 5 why response for off-target goals in KPI/manufacturing goals (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) Never limited to the actions listed above, other functions may be required due to business needs.**Required Skills and Experience**Manufacturing process Engineering degree (Mechatornics, Electromechanic, Industrial) 3 years in engineering positions, Lean manufacturing experience. Accountability,Quality Core tools. Background Supplier/customer communication. Good Interpersonal skills. Process/equipment experience. Availability to travel to the US. Continuous improvement/learning mentality. Problem Solving with Engineering and LEAN tools.
