At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **React Lead****What you’ll do**:- Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.- Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.js.- Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Estimate project timelines and deliverables and ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.**Preferred experience**:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and GraphQL.- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Advance Level of English- Work Location: Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara- Work Model: Hybrid**Why Cognizant?**Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwideReceive ongoing support and funding with training and development plansHave a highly competitive benefits and salary packageGet the opportunity to work for leading global companiesWe are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environmentWe invest in people and their wellbeing.We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
