The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business analysis, system requirements gathering, and a comprehensive understanding of R&D infrastructure and applications. This role requires expertise in facilitation, elicitation, and leadership to drive business stakeholder processes that continuously improve and enhance applications. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to design and lead workshops, manage meetings, and deliver impactful executive presentations. An understanding of team dynamics and the ability to manage conflict resolution effectively is essential. The candidate must apply collaborative problem-solving techniques and exhibit familiarity with business architecture, system and data modeling, and change management strategies. A results-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills is required to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Analyze the current application & technology architecture, dependencies, and security design. Lead & collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design cloud-based solutions that meet requirements. Collaborate across multiple teams and business leaders to understand business requirements and goals. Collaborate with internal IT teams to understand application & infrastructure capabilities and constraints. Deliver Business Requirement Documentation, Functional Design Document, Migration Strategy, Transition Plan, User stories and User Acceptance Test Plans Implement the migration plan with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process. Test the migrated application thoroughly along with development, QA and vendor teams to identify and resolve any issues. Lead user acceptance testing and triage migration and functional Issues. Provide training and support to teams on using the migrated application effectively. Ensure end user success through strong customer service skills and understanding of the end user’s goals and objectives Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud based designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Qualification & Skills 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. 8+ years of experience in delivering R&D Infrastructure and applications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CI/CD Pipelines tools and software development platforms like Salesforce, JFOG, Apptio, GitHub, Bitbucket, container/Kubernetes, Confluence, xWiki, Jira, Atlassian, etc Should have experience supporting one or more technical areas, such as data center, server/storage/network, infrastructure, windows/linux operating systems, virtualization and cloud computing Should have working knowledge of the software development lifecycle & Agile methodologies Highly skilled in analysis, requirements, designing, documentation, and migration planning Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strong facilitation and elicitation skills for stakeholder engagement; ability to lead workshops, meetings, and executive presentations Highly motivated and driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed and fast-paced environment.
