Program Manager- Strategic Sales

We’re looking for a motivated **Program Manager - Strategic Sales** to join our **PEM Sales Team** and support reshoring, distribution, program management, and market penetration.**Location**: Remote (Queretaro- Guadalajara)**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Program Management**:- Manage programs across multiple customers and ensure manufacturing schedules are met.- Work with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve quality or machine issues.- Provide accurate forecasts to ensure operational efficiency.- **Distribution**:- Optimize distribution channels and evaluate third-party distributors for cost-effectiveness.- Develop strategies to improve product visibility and availability.- **Haeger Machine Sales**:- Identify local partners and manage machine sales.- Coordinate with service teams to ensure machine performance standards are met.- **Reshoring**:- Identify reshoring opportunities based on cost analysis and supply chain risks.- Work with cross-functional teams to assess reshoring feasibility and manage the transition.- **Market Penetration**:- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.- Develop sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.In addition, you may also:- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.- Collaborate with product development for sales strategy alignment.- Participate in industry events and trade shows.**What We’re Looking For**:- **5-7 years** of experience working with distributors in a sales capacity.- Strong program management, leadership, and sales skills.- Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.**Why PennEngineering?**:- A culture of **diversity, equity, and inclusion**.- Opportunities for professional growth and career development.- **Competitive salary and benefits** including PTO and health insurance.
