Ensure the KPI's Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/Productivitity2. Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.4. Assure SAP requirements based on the work order demands.5. Update the metrics and measuring performance.6. Problem Solving skills7. Lead and execute actions, ideas and projects.8. Providing constructive feedback to operators and production leaders on their work and performance, helping them improve and grow internally.9. Support the Danfoss Quality Systems as well as ISO 9001 and IATF16949, etc.10.
