Job Overview:**Responsibilities**:- Develop cost standards for materials and labor- Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs- Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses- Review and document inventory and margin analysis- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary- Support the budgeting and forecasting activitiesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role- Knowledge of cost management principles- Proficiency in financial report interpretation- Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and procedures- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, etc.- Strong understanding of GAAP- Ability to perform cash flow analysis- Experience SAP, NetSuite MRP and or ERP- Solid understanding of accounts receivable processesThis position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and development.
