Resumen de Posición:Supervises ECS Nogales finance team by providing strong leadership, business partnering, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all ITT Policies, US GAAP, Mexican Accounting, and SOX requirements.Responsabilidades Esenciales:- Supervises Finance team and all finance/accounting requirements. Includes General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, SOX compliance, Financial Reporting, being a key partner for Site Controller.- Leads efforts to identify cost reduction and productivity recommendations by partnering with the plant leadership team and other functional areas.- Perform Cost Accounting function, analyze manufacturing variances, work in development of labor and overhead rates for annual standard cost roll, ensure accuracy of transactions, routers, bill of materials.- Support inventory management, cycle count program overseeing and plan with the Site Controller annual Physical inventories. Reviews initiatives for Excess & Obsolete containment and inventory reduction plans.- Supervise monthly plant financial closings, journal entries and internal controls.- Interpersonal skills to successfully lead a team and collaborate with others to implement recommendations and drive change initiatives.- Maintain existing financial and operational controls, as well as providing recommendations for improvements where appropriate.- Work closely with Site Controller on day-to-day operational activities related to Finance.- Support Site Controller with Budgeting and Forecasting activities.- Develops team members, trains others and is a key player in the success of the finance organization.Requisitos del Puesto:**EDUCATION**:BA/BS in Accounting/Finance required.**EXPERIENCE**: 5+ years’ experience in a Finance/accounting manufacturing function. Experience in Cost Accounting and Financial Analysis. Strong operational background.*****ADDITIONAL****KNOWLEDGE**:- Corporate Finance, Developing Standards, Quality Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, Statistical Analysis, Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis, Financial Skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.- Proactive attitude with strong communication/interpersonal skills.**LANGUAGES**:Bilingual - English Spanish fluently spoken and quality written
