We want to help thousands of entrepreneurs make better decisions with data and insights from our platform.**About the role**As a Core Specialist, you will hold a key position in overseeing and managing critical day-to-day operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will be central to ensuring the smooth functioning of our core operations, maintainingfinancial integrity, and upholding service excellence standards.**Responsibilities**- Verify accuracy and completeness of all disbursement process.- Lead and manage projects aimed at optimizing processes within the operations area.- In charge of all day-to-day core operations.- Make adjustments and modifications to core contracts.- Validate all payments completed by direct debit or transfer of each customer with active credits.- Manage operational service SLAs to ensure excellence.- Vendors approval: Vendors are requested every day by our customers. For them to be approved, vendors must be related to the working capital for our customers.**Requirements**:- Academic background in engineer, business, or finance.- 1 year experience in operational positions.- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.- Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humorTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 al año
