Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst will support the end to end delivery of benefit programs for the Americas region. This position will liaise with service providers to ensure the administration of benefits in accordance with SLA's and applicable plan rules, policies and government regulations. It will assist to resolve matters escalated to Garrett by benefit vendors. This role will partner with HR functions, C&B COE, Payroll and Legal to ensure administrative processes are aligned to policies as required. It will manage the associated change implementations. The role will be responsible for program related employee communication development and distribution, internal online systems updates, invoicing, administrative process governance, establishing proper business controls, benefits analytics data compilation and analysis as well as continuous process improvements.- Develop, document and maintain core administrative processes to eliminate failures.- Ensure process changes/updates are captured and accurate information is provided to employees by internal Garrett HR teams as well as our outsourced providers- Ensure invoices are accurate and processed timelyManage all internal and external benefit audits as required per country (US, Mexico & Brazil)**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- +2 years of benefits and/or plan administration or comparable experience- +3years of supplier management experience- Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Strong oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
