Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the digital marketing specialist will bring a fresh perspective to marketing automation, drive campaign execution, and focus on growing revenue. The Global Marketing team consists of an inspiring end-to-end team of marketing professionals including events, digital, creative, content, demand generation, business development, marketing analytics and sales enablement.As a Digital Marketing Specialist,** **you have the exciting opportunity to grow your digital marketing career and thrive in an organization that is evolving and leading the way we do marketing.**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:- As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development, execution and implementation of Redwood’s marketing and communication strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, increase revenue, and increase brand awareness.- Set up, manage, and optimize display ads across Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and content discovery platforms.- Maintain and monitor contact lists utilizing HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content for inbound and outbound campaigns, with a focus on SEO- Assist with the maintenance of website pages- Manage brand social channels on a day-to-day basis to engage and drive visibility with our customers and prospects- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM platform features and updates, and provide recommendations for best practices and new strategies**You’ve Got This?**- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish both orally and written communication skills are strong- Growth mindset- 1-3 years of marketing and/or content and/or digital marketing technology experience, preferably in a high-growth environment- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple competing demands.- Strong written and verbal skills and ability to interact with cross functional team members.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organization- Experience with other marketing/Sales technology tools including Salesforce, 6Sense, Wrike, Vimeo, etc.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field**What We Offer**:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.
