Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Process Engineering Manager _located in _Tijuana Otay_.__ Reporting to the Operations Manager, the process engineering manager role involves_ Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organizationWhat a typical day looks like:- _ Proficient in cost management, talent development and departmental KPIs._- _ Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to ensure achievement of goals and objectives._- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.- Establish and improve process capabilities- Develop and maintain process documentation.- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Improve throughput in constrained areas.- Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience managing operations & engineering in electronic manufacturing_- _ Knowledge of ISO 13485_- _ Master's degree preferred_- _ Six Sigma or Green Belt certifications required_- _ Intermediate to advanced English_- _ Knowledge of ultrasonic sealing, radio frequency, and thermoforming_- _ Ability to perform statistical analysis for experimental design_- _ Experience in medical product validation or product transfers to medical product production lines._Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceHS115Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
