Regional Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to support client relationship management in this region.**Preferred qualifications**:- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.- Experience collaborating on sales strategy planning.- Knowledge of CUD technologies, products, and market landscape.- Comfort working with large data sets and strong data analytics skills.About the jobThe SO organization provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps sales teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
