**Role Description**:The Systems Analyst will be participating in a project to collaborate with cross functional teams and help to offer technical support engineering to back office ATM software throughout USA operations. This person will design and implement solutions and systems within the payments team and create detailed business & technical documentation outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. The ideal person for this role is able to design, map and provide technical guidance for SW solutions specifically within payments, ATM, and/or debit card areas.**Education & Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree is required- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish (verbal, written, reading)- Previous experience with Diebold, NCR software experience such as Aptra, OSD+, etc. and experience working with different Models and processors (S30, S80, Opteva, DN Series, Kakylake, etc.)- Experience with programming and shell scripting is required**Plus**:- Preferred experience implementing/configuring/testing/supporting Vision ATM Monitoring Tool from NCR**Job Duties**:- Maintain accurate documentation of the architecture, software components, and interfaces of the ATM Back Office software to provide solutions to challenging and complex problems.- Manage and drive the resolution for ATM software issues within the integration of systems while working with different teams to implement and follow up on solution deployments plans.- Deliver technical documentation and able to work with functional requirements- Define business case(s) as needed, elicit information from stakeholders and participate in “Go Live” project development throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).- Serve as technical liaison between teams regarding new system implementations, development, integration, and changes while collaborating with management to design technical solution.- Offer L1/L2 support for Vision ATM Monitoring Tools working with developers to deploy technology solutions and gather functional requirements by conducting detailed reviews with management, end users, and business unit stakeholders.- Assist in converting requests/user stories into requirements and tasks in the product backlog.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Manejas un nível de inglés C1 mínimo?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
