Sobre nuestro cliente Automotive manufacturing company is looking for a PC&L Manager. The PC&L Manager directs and coordinates the activities within the PC&L department including planning and scheduling, shipping and receiving, 3rd Party Logistics interface for Mexico, inventory control and customer interaction. Descripción Oversee inventory levels, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, ensuring materials are available for production and customer requirements are met. Lead and enforce policies, procedures, and continuous improvement in safety, housekeeping, and compliance (IATF, MMOG/LE, ISO standards). Direct logistics and freight functions, including coordination with third parties, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Manage planning activities for engineering changes, launches, part revisions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Act as liaison with corporate purchasing and support APS activities, while maintaining high standards of leadership, problem solving, and customer focus.
